I was back on The One Show, the BBC TV magazine programme that is watched by 5m people a night on BBC1. I spoke about the impact the Internet is having on our memory.

He uses this knowledge to help companies improve their online connections to their customers and potential customers and offers consultancy, workshops, masterclasses and webinars.
