Messenger Plus! for Skype Brings Live Streaming to Skype

Yuna Software, the company that develops, designs and markets Messenger Plus! for Skype and Windows Live(TM) Messenger, has released the milestone version of its Skype application. “Messenger Plus! [http://www.msgplus.net ] continues to enhance Skype with advanced technology,” says Alex Shamash, Business Director, Yuna Software. “What started with just a few features a few months ago has quickly developed into a powerful product that brings both business and entertainment benefits to the Skype community.”

The latest version enriches Skype with advanced features including streaming of YouTube videos, skinning capabilities, menu interface modifications and smoother overall functionality. Animations and effects can now be enjoyed by Messenger Plus! and non-Plus! users. It is a stable and final milestone release, the culmination of two earlier versions that have already attracted more than two million users. The first two versions introduced free recording, animations, chat log management; special video, voice and ringtone effects.

Skins for Skype

Change the look of Messenger Plus! for Skype by applying different skins to the toolbar or adjusting the transparency. If you prefer not to use the toolbar, a simple menu has been designed similar to the Live Messenger product.

Mobile Plus!

When a Messenger Plus! for Skype user sends a wink to contacts who don’t have Messenger Plus!, the recipients can see it on their iPhones, iPad, Android phones and tablets. Since a separate Messenger Plus! iPhone or Android version is planned for the future, being able to preview winks is a gateway to these markets.
