Interviewed by the BBC News Website for a story on online distraction – are workers distracted by the likes of Facebook? I explained that the distraction usually only occurs if the job is boring. Distraction is more of a comment on the design of jobs than it is on the Internet.

Graham Jones is an Internet Psychologist who studies the way people use the online world, in particular how people engage with businesses. He uses this knowledge to help companies improve their online connections to their customers and potential customers and offers consultancy, workshops, masterclasses and webinars.
