Just done an interview with CNN for a piece on “ChatRoulette” – the new website that randomly lets you see what’s happening on other people’s webcams.

He uses this knowledge to help companies improve their online connections to their customers and potential customers and offers consultancy, workshops, masterclasses and webinars.
