Just been interviewed on BBC Scotland (via Skype) about the amount of time people are spending on the web and whether or not it is doing us any harm. It isn’t – as far as we know yet…!

He uses this knowledge to help companies improve their online connections to their customers and potential customers and offers consultancy, workshops, masterclasses and webinars.
