Radio City in Liverpool interviewed me on today’s breakfast show about a recent report suggesting online time-wasting is costing the country billions of pounds in lost productivity.

He uses this knowledge to help companies improve their online connections to their customers and potential customers and offers consultancy, workshops, masterclasses and webinars.
